Thank you for visiting Jane McYoga. My background is I studied Biology at Southampton University and then Physiotherapy at UWE. I enjoyed working as a physio at local University Teaching Hospitals for many years. I now love horse riding, running and teaching yoga. I’m passionate about sharing yoga with everyone. It definitely helps me to stay fit, flexible, injury free and feel more calm & relaxed.
Yoga combines movements & stretches for the body, with breathing, relaxation and mindfulness to calm the mind... a perfect combination for this busy world.
I teach “My Kind of Yoga” which is a flow yoga suitable for all & encourage members to modify each pose to suit YOU! Each month there is a new class which is recorded for members to use anytime & useful for practice/ or if you miss a class.
